Potential is energy that is stored until utilized. We all have it and some of us don’t ever tap into it. We may say something like success is for someone else, but not for me. At one point, in my 20s, I said that to myself and almost let the world dictate my success instead of going my own way. Looking back on the many conversations I have had with people and their professional struggles, here is what I see:

  • In our 20s, we get in the game.
  • In our 30s, we move up in the game.
  • In our 40s, we try to stay in the game because the 30-year-olds are just that good.
  • In our 50s, we ask what do we really want.

Why not ask that today, no matter how old you are.

What do you really want?
